The role is part time (30 hours over 4 days), to start ASAP, and paying £260 umbrella per day (inside IR35). The role is hybrid, requiring travel to site 3 days of the week with 1 day remote.
Overview of the role:
As a HR Business Partner you will provide up to date expert, consistent advice, support and practice to allocated Directorates (Medicine) and embed good HR performance practice within the Directorates, including reporting on key HR KPIs.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Being the first port of call for all workforce issues for the business units.
Supporting the senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas on developing and implementing workforce strategies to enable delivery of business needs and the clinical strategy.
Ensuring the effective provision of workforce data and supporting managers to interpret and analyse this data
Providing day to day support to allocated staff and ensuring staff are effectively managed in line with Trust Policy including induction, performance management, appraisal and individual development (e.g. Disciplinary, Appraisal, and Personal Development Review).
Supporting as necessary, the implementation of Trust HR initiatives, e.g Policy development, Staff Survey, IWL, ESR, taking a lead role as appropriate.
Providing monthly reports on key performance indicators to the HR Director for inclusion in reports as appropriate, including for governance purposes, HCC, Annual Report.
Essential experience:
Previous experience working with an NHS organisation.
Experience as a HR Business Partner or working closely with one.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience.
Management training.
