Eden Brown Synergy are currently working alongside an organisation in Bristol to source a HR Advisor, this role will entail providing dedicated, high quality, Employee Relations service to all managers within Diligenta, ensuring that employee relations issues are acted upon in a thorough, consistent, equitable and pro-active manner so that all risks are effectively mitigated. Your New Role as a HR Advisor
As a HR Advisor your role will entail the following:
Providing advice and guidance on all people related and employment queries, through consistent and timely advice on the interpretation and application of Diligenta policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice to achieve equitable and commercial solutions.
Promote a positive ER climate through delivery of service that is accessible to all managers
Identify and communicate issues and risks, including financial, to the business and where necessary escalate these to the Strategic People Partner and ER Manager and where appropriate to the Head of Employee Relations & People Operations to ensure prompt and effective actions can be taken to find appropriate solutions.
Assist in the development and analysis of company policies and procedures to ensure the business can pro-actively respond to issues which may otherwise adversely affect the company or individuals
Provide technical expertise to all managers and the People function, to support business change including TUPE transfers, re-organisation, restructures, harmonisation and People initiatives as required
Facilitate and manage the settlement agreement process to ensure risks are mitigated and appropriate sign off received
Respond to and co-ordinate the employment tribunal claims process in conjunction with the ER Manager and Diligenta’s employment lawyer
Provide various administrative support to ensure that the ER function operates smoothly and efficiently
Update and maintain appropriate ER tracker system to ensure all casework is logged allowing pro-active data analysis of ER related activity in support of the business.
The Experience and Qualifications Required
Demonstrable end to end Employee Relations experience
Strong employment law knowledge and providing commercial solutions
Coaching and developing people on People & ER matters
Settlement agreements
Using data insight to drive positive outcomes
