Eden Brown Synergy Hiring for Associate Director of HR (NHS) at Cambridgeshire Full Time

Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust in Cambridgeshire to recruit an Associate Director of HR for 3 months initially to lead and manage the People Services functions within the wider Workforce & OD function for the Trust, and to work closely in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Assistant Director Medical Workforce and the Assistant Director Employee Services, holding teams to account for delivery of agreed KPIs and objectives.

You will also be expected to lead the employee relations specialist function ensuring and monitoring effective case management to timescales and ensuring fairness of application of procedure and employment law to all staff, and develop strategic and tactical solutions to resolve cases.

The role is paying between £376 per day Umbrella, inside IR35.

It is hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:
Extensive experience of managing HR systems and services

Extensive experience of managing technology for business uses

Extensive experience of planning, managing and delivering complex programmes of projects in a change management environment

Extensive experience of delivering projects within the a complex environment, such as the NHS

Experience of outsourced contract management

Experience of Risk Management
