With operations in Europe and the USA, we partner with most of the leading automators, system integrators and a multitude of end clients to help them find the best domestic and international talent for the design, installation and maintenance of major automated mechanical and robotic systems.

Proactive Australias first office opened in Melbourne in 2020 and our growing team is very busy. As well as attracting clients from across the APAC region, we have adopted and embraced remote and more flexible ways of working. We love our brand-new co-working space (light, pool table, arcade games, table tennis, yoga) and in normal time we work flexibly between it and our homes.

Were now looking for our 4th Melbourne team member an ambitious professional recruiter who shares our values and who wants to be able to fast-track their career trajectory with a dynamic company operating in a high-growth sector.

Focusing predominantly on exclusive and retained, permanent roles, were looking for a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in a 360-degree role. In addition, were hoping to find a colleague who is not only a skilled recruiter but someone who also brings great attitude and an understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
