Eden Brown Education Hiring for People Services and Talent Lead at East London Full Time

We’re currently looking for a People Services and Talent Lead, to be based in Romford. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The People Services & Talent Lead is a critical role within our HR department and leads on all recruitment activities for the college. The role is responsible for shaping our people services and recruitment strategy, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience. This post will also deputise for the Head of HR when necessary.

The successful candidate will partner with key areas of the organisation to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

The post holder will also be responsible for managing all third party collaborations with our preferred supplier agencies ensuring that all short term supply needs are managed effectively inline with budgetary requirements.

To be successful at this role we require candidates with a Level 7 qualification in HR or working towards it, and ideally MCIPD status, while also being able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.

Previous experience of working with application tracking systems (ATS) is absolutely essential to be successful at this role.

Must Have the following

• GCSE A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
• Level 7 CIPD or working towards it
• Tracking systems (ATS) is absolutely essential
• HR and Recruitment databases and systems
• HR and Recruitment operations, processes and policies
• GDPR knowledge (
• Employment Law and Employee Relations
• Evidence of continuing professional development in HR/OD/Recruitment.
