Eden Brown Education Hiring for HR Assistant at East London Full Time

Eden Brown Education are working with a Further Education college based in Romford, where we are recruiting a HR Assistant. The role is a 1 year fix term covering maternity.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive HR team and will be assisting mainly in the recruitment process, this will involve

To support and assist the HR team in the provision of HR Administration which includes handling and processing day to day queries, payroll and resourcing and talent management administration. As part of this, utilising all aspects of our talent acquisition and approval system to process all establishment and recruitment requests.

You will ideally

• Hold a CIPD level 3 in Human resources
• Excellent numeracy and literacy
• Experience of HR administration including recruitment and selection, probation and employee relations
• Experience of working with computerised HR and payroll systems
• Experience of general office support and organisation
• Experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently
