Eden brown are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Advisor to work within a leading and well respected Further Education College in Greater Manchester
This is a full time temporary role to start immediately.
As a HR Advisor you will be part of a team responsible for providing an advisory and guidance service on employee relations matters in line with organisational policies and procedures.
You’ll oversee our recruitment and selection process whilst supporting transitional processes including payroll. You’ll be assisting the Head of HR and HR Business Partner with casework and projects
To apply for the role you will have:
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems
- Knowledge of employment law and legal principles
- Knowledge of HR information systems
