We’re currently looking for an Assistant Head of HR, to be based in Romford. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Assistant Head of HR is a critical new role within our HR department. The role is responsible for shaping our people services ensuring that we deliver an exceptional employee experience, whatever the query or interaction may be and for deputising for the Head of HR & People Services when necessary.
The Assistant Head of HR will also partner with key areas of the organisation to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.
To be successful at this role we require candidates with a Level 7 qualification in HR or working towards it, and ideally MCIPD status, while also being able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
You will be able to work flexibly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest professional standards and to promote and implement the policies of the College. Have a ‘can do’ outcome focused attitude and approach, resourceful and works to make things happen taking others along with them. As well as a relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through new, innovative and more effective ways of working
