Edelman is looking for a creative and strategic Talent Acquisition Resourcer to develop and maintain a pipeline of communications/PR, digital and creative talent for our London office.
This is a 6 month FTC contract starting immediately.
About You:
- We are looking for an experienced resoucer who understands the pace of working in an agency environment
- You will have a well-established network, and contacts in the PR, Digital or Creative Agency space would be a huge advantage
- You will be very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter as a standard recruiting platform as well as other relevant platforms and will be skilled at driving these
- You will be able to think on your feet, work in a high performing and dynamic business delivering top quality talent pipelines
- This exciting role will play a pivotal role in identifying and consulting on who best fits our culture and lives our values
About the Role:
- Researching the market, building projects and creating talent pipelines for live permanent and freelance roles across the business
- Creating talent maps for future team development across all levels
- Setting up interviews
- Writing and posting job adverts across appropriate channels
- Ad hoc admin
