Eddie Bauer, Inc. Hiring for Stock Associate – Chicago Premium at Aurora, Illinois Full Time

• Meeting time expectations for processing freight and product transfers
• Supporting prioritization and product flow activities to achieve sales and customer experience objectives
• Helping to maintain the store’s product presentation standards, visual objectives, and floorset direction by folding and hanging merchandise, assisting with floorset changes and stocking replenishment
• Processing merchandise transfers, consolidations and correct disposition of customer returns
• Assisting with organizing and preparing for store inventories and participating in store inventory counts
• Ensuring all merchandise has SKU tickets to identify styles and appropriate pricing
• Utilizing the best method of storage, identification, and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover, stock room capacities, and required space; assisting with keeping the stock room clean and organized
• Demonstrating a passion for the product, the brand and the customer; demonstrating the Eddie Bauer Creed and Guarantee consistently with internal and external customers
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Eddie Bauer
  merchandise; using product knowledge in relevant and creative ways to meet the customer’s needs
• Maintaining awareness and follow Eddie Bauer policy and procedures as they relate to loss prevention and safety; contacting store management should a loss prevention situation arise
• Driving towards meeting or exceeding personal/team goals and measures
• Assisting with Sales Guide responsibilities and other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• 1 year related retail and customer service experience; specialty retail preferred
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
