Overview

Position Summary:

Manage the Clubs business for Lucky Brand, Nautica and Eddie Bauer. Achieve sales and margin targets. Develop & motivate staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of specific selling experience in Clubs and Off-Price.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profit for the Clubs channel. Maximize opportunities through category and margin growth.
• Work cross functionally with production and merchandising to ensure all planned deliverables are being met, product needs, sku plan, target LDPS, delivery dates.
• Manage the GTM calendar to ensure all key deliverables are met.
• Build and develop sales team at all levels.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and management.
• Negotiate profitable buys with accounts.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of leading direct and non-direct reports
• Bachelor’s degree required, or combination of comparable education and experience
• Strong executive presence to interact with more senior management
• Strong analytical ability
• Must have Off Price experience, prefer someone with strong relationships with Costco.
