Be on the ground floor, collaborating with partners across digital marketing channels to fuel cutting-edge programs by owning the analytical insights and in-depth testing to inform data-driven decision-making. This position is integral to empowering the digital marketing team with actionable insights that grow channels and their incremental contribution to the bottom-line.

Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities:

• Supports Paid Search, Marketplaces, SEO, Affiliate, Social, and Display advertising channels by enriching standard recurring reporting and providing ad-hoc analyses to answer business-critical questions.
• Owns the analytics roadmap related to enhancing day-to-day efforts with inputs from various sources. Data enrichment efforts include combining insights across the following and more:
  • Channel-reported KPIs and channel-specific attribution
  • Website and browse-based KPIs
  • Customer-level match back and analysis
  • Cross-channel attribution
  • Product affinity analyses
• Owns the testing roadmap in direct partnership with channel owners. Tests may encompass the following and more:Builds and maintains recurring and ad-hoc reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights across channels to fuel incremental initiatives within each.
  • Incrementality testing and statistical modeling leveraging holdout and related methodologies
  • Customer and product-specific analyses
  • Landing page and customer journey analyses
  • Other studies to reach a POV on incremental impact of efforts
• Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and remedying inaccuracies with precision and speed.
• Other related responsibilities typical for an analytical role.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5+ years of analytical experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or traditional marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing is preferred.
• Experience with incrementality testing and statistical methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in web analytics, digital marketing software, and business intelligence software is preferred
• Experience in SQL or similar language, working with complex datasets is preferred.
• Experience working in cross-functional environment, managing multiple critical tasks with competing priorities.
• Proven capability to communicate and build strong relationships with multiple levels and departments within, and outside, an organization.
• Experience in a high paced environment driven by the requirements to stay ahead of the ever-changing social ecosystem, and continuously strives for improvement.
• Proven skills in reporting and analyzing data.
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products, including a working knowledge of spreadsheet functions.

• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.  As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume.  This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
