Position Overview

Location

Red Bud, IL

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Facilitate the offer process by extending approved offers
• Manage onboarding and new hire process including background checks and drug testing
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Perform reviews and follow-ups after hire to improve retention and ongoing training

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills
• Upbeat personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
