About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Talent team, the purpose of this role is to create the best candidate and recruitment experience for all stakeholders by supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner from pre-screen through to interviewing top talent with agilty and pace. Working as a team player across the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process, you will:

• Create the best candidate experience with a service mindset and the ability to communicate our narrative, ambition and culture and act as a brand ambassador through our recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Support the business using data and insights to understand opportunities and to attract top talent
• Champion our diversity and inclusion plans with the business for hiring top talent
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working to create efficiency and to ensure timelines are met

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
• Ability to communicate our brand and create a great experience for hiring leader and new team
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for Culture & People & Talent!
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
• Eager to learn and grow within Endeavour Group!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive can do attitude that complements being part of a small team whilst working well in a broader organisation
• Experience with drinks, hospitality, data, technology, digital or retail industry will be highly regarded
