Duties include:

· answer incoming calls on a mulit-line phone system.

· work in a team environment with the Client Service department.

· arrange appointments for Drug/Alcohol testing & Occupational Health Services for clients within ECS offices as well as throughout Canada.

· maintain an organized tracking system through various scheduling programs.

· provide clients with polite, professional and prompt service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
