What You’ll Do:
***Starting Pay of $19 – $21 per hour***

- Providing accounting and clerical support to office staff to assist in achievement of accounting and collection goals
- Client and project team outreach regarding invoicing submittal
- Assisting in maintaining the collections database and relationships with clients
- Learning and utilizing proprietary software
- Performing computer operations via MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Coordinating contract documentation, invoice distribution, and lien waiver execution
- Document processing and transmission in a timely manner
- Word processing and data entry (65 wpm), registering projects and proposals, creating folders, filing, assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery, and providing backup to other administrative personnel during periods of co-worker leave, lunch breaks, training, etc.
