Customer Service Representative – $22-$24 + per hour plus $1000 sign on bonus– Tennessee, Ohio, and Oklahoma

The Role

Are you proficient in problem-solving and quick decision-making to resolve issues efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer? Can you handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure, ensuring that customers feel valued even in challenging circumstances?

We at Earth relocation have an immediate position available for a Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Representative. Join us from Monday to Saturday (availability on Sundays is not required). Please note that this is not a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer while implementing company policies and procedures.
• Conduct various types of personal financial services.
• Perform data entry and account maintenance.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, and filing.
• Ensure the office is clean and maintain a tidy workplace.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of cash handling experience (preferred but not required).
