Ecotech Hydro Excavation Hiring for Recruiter Full Time

Ecotech is a vacuum excavation, environmental, and etility locating Company based out of Quarryville, PA that operates in the following states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and DC. Our small family-owned company is growing at a rapid pace due to our unbelievably talented staff both in our office and out in the field! Our office staff thrives on collaborative thinking and working together to create a successful environment. Our field staff and we have some of the best people in the industry! We recently opened a new location in Severn Maryland due to our growing customer base which includes industries like Utility Owners, Government facilities, General Contractors and Utility Contractors.

We need help finding more people with the same outstanding qualities! As a recruiter for Ecotech you have the opportunity to develop a program for finding future employees, promote our company culture and core values, and develop a relationship with all employees. You will have your own office and we would like to see you 40hrs a week! Training and educational opportunities are available and we have leadership courses every month for all employees!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
