Human Resource Executive:

£32,000 to £34,000 Depending on experience

Location: Midlands (Remote and Flexible office)

Duration Permanent / Remote/ Fulltime.

This role is being offered on a permanent to deliver proactive and flexible remotely generalist HR support to the Leadership Team.

You can expect support and guide key stakeholders and managers to create an employee experience that establishes a great place to work.

This role will also offer a general HR presence for daily escalations and straightforward ER.

Reporting directly into the HR Partner, this is a fantastic role for a current HR professional looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable exposure in a global business market.

Key Accountabilities

• Engagement Activities – Support HR Partner and the site with creating and maintaining engagement activities calendar and provide support with engagement initiatives such as Employee Communication Forum and Communications Champions
• Generalist: Working on various projects from disciplinaries to special legal support cases
• Line Manager Development Training – Support the HR Partner in the facilitation and delivery of management development training.
• Onboarding – Support line managers with the onboarding of new starters, probation and secondment reviews.
• Wellbeing – Support the site with wellbeing initiatives and activities
• HR Admin Processes –Support line managers to ensure all people processes (employee relations, star awards, site communication forums & welfare) are managed and actioned in accordance with relevant policy / process timescales.
• Data Insight Requests – Collation and presentation of ad hoc HR data / insights. Update bonus scheme tracker.
• Data control – Maintain the highest level of data integrity by handling all colleague and company information with sensitivity and absolute confidentiality and ensure the adherence of GDPR regulations

Skills and experience:

• With previous experience in a HR role, you’ll ideally be CIPD qualified to a high level 7
• Have a sound up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR practises. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Level 7 or working towards a CIPD human resources qualification
• Have sufficient training/experience evidenced in human resources practice.
• Occasional travel may be required where you are responsible for delivering services on client sites.
• Full driving licence and your own vehicle.
