Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Sales Representative will primarily handle inbound calls from warm, prequalified prospects. They will be responsible for high-quality, conversion-focused inbound calls, as well as extensive follow-up to nurture your prospect pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Handling primarily inbound calls from pre-qualified, warm leads.
• Conducting inbound sales calls on Australian timezone, focusing on ethical and consultative sales. 
• Following up extensively with prospects to ensure continual engagement and movement through the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate the unique value proposition to prospects.
• Collaborating with the sales team in meetings to share insights and strategies for sales process improvements.

Requirements:

• Extensive sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience selling a marketing-based offer or within an agency or course setting would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key sales performance metrics.
• Resilient, motivated, and driven to succeed.
