Eco Residental Roofs & Commerical Shelters Inc. Hiring for Mill/Saw Operator at Orangeville, ON Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Consists of setup and operation of milling/saw process in a manufacturing plastics environment.
• Mill Operator/Saw Operator is responsible for measuring all dimensions of the parts being produced and completing first article and in process inspections.
• Milling/sawing process consists of a conveyor belt and digital controller to set the machines required thickness.
• Operators mill/saw sheets in passes to achieve the desired finish and gauge.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong mechanical skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Ability to learn and mater machinery and troubleshooting maintenance
• Enjoyment of hands-on-work with production machinery
• Perform and analyze quality control monitoring and accurate reporting of production
• 1 year experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience/certification
• Able to lift up to >50 lbs, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor
