Job Description:

The post-holder will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and alongside Project Teams on various projects, providing administrative and technical support from design to construction, test and commissioning, and final acceptance. The position will also require interaction with designers, suppliers, and the client engineering team throughout a project life cycle.

• Must be comfortable conversing with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to display a logical approach to problem solving.
• Manage personal workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly.
• Well organised
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of initiative and be able to manage their own time effectively.
• Prior experience of Computer Aided Design (CAD) is desirable, but not essential.
• MS Office proficient, numerate, and able to demonstrate a professional approach to the production of reports and other documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

GCSE’ at Grade C or above (Mathematics and English)

Excellent IT knowledge of Microsoft software/systems  

TYPICAL DUTIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in the production of operation and Maintenance Manuals, including compiling of project specific data for inclusion within the final project documentation. This includes tracking of O&M progress, and sourcing of required information.
• General administrative duties, 
• Supporting the Engineering department in carrying out project tasks, and the delivery of design deliverables.
• Key involvement in aiding the successful delivery of project engineering activities from concept to production.
• Contribute to identifying potential areas of improvement within existing processes and generate system proposals for implementation on future programmes.
• Undertake other tasks in support of Project Management team and company objectives.
