Eco Outdoor Group Hiring for Warehouse Manager – QLD at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time

Working as the Manager of the Warehouse & Fulfilment team at our Brisbane Warehouse based in Banyo, you’ll have an intimate knowledge and interest in all facets of the warehouse including operations, personnel and stock movements.

The ideal candidate will be very organised and detail oriented, comfortable leading a small team and will have a customer service attitude. This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse, including the successful receipt, organisation, picking, packing and delivery of our product, ensuring a premium experience for our customers.

Your role centers on:

• Managing the daily operations of the warehouse and a small warehouse team,
• Overseeing the daily picking process to ensure orders are picked and shipped accurately, high attention to detail a must,
• Managing stock receipt from overseas (containers) and domestic suppliers, ensuring all incoming stock is accurately counted and receipted,
• Managing the local and domestic freighting of product to customers, ranging from high end retail customers to trade clients (builders, tilers and landscapers),
• Managing the flow of inventory through our ERP system with regular and accurate stock takes,
• Attending to clients and delivery drivers upon arrival to the warehouse,
• Lead the Warehouse WHS procedures,
• Initiate and recommend continuous improvement initiatives,
• Ability to work in a small team,
• Hands on role requiring a can-do attitude

Requirements

• Experience in managing a warehouse,
• Previous experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous,
• Numerate with strong organisational skills,
• Comfortable using computers and computer systems,
• Physically able, punctual, and reliable,
• High level of attention to detail
