Salary: $90,000-$122,000 + Superannuation

About The Role

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and driven Netsuite Administrator who’s into architecture, design, technology and innovation.

Eco Outdoor is on a Digital Transformation journey, with the Technology team driving strategy, execution, and delivery. This is a crucial role for the right individual who will be our in-house Netsuite ERP expert, responsible for both day-to-day business support, whilst defining and delivering our longer term Netsuite roadmap and strategy. You’ll be managing our external developers to ensure the system is match fit for the business both now and in the future.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and proven Netsuite Administrator who is ready for their next challenge. This person needs to be able to think and see “the big picture” whilst also rolling up their sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll be joining a highly motivated and passionate team and high energy businesses. There will be a huge opportunity for learning and development, with relevant training available as and where required. You would also have the opportunity to pursue your Netsuite certifications with our sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, develops, installs, troubleshoots, maintains and supports an operating system and associated server hardware, software and databases ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance.

Become the NetSuite system owner for the business, proactively managing the platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

User support and system administration: Manage support requests from the business, developing and conducting training for staff to enhance their understanding.

Take the lead on all NetSuite development, managing our external partners to ensure delivery of new features and functionality in a controlled and systematic way.

System optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive increased performance and a better employee experience.

Manage NetSuite changes end-to-end from requirement gathering and documentation, all the way through to successful implementation and roll out.

Skills And Experience

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or a similar role.

Systems integration experience strongly desired

Proficiency in data management and a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity

Effective communication and training abilities.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Experiencing in managing external NetSuite partners is preferred.

A relevant Bachelor degree

A least 3 years relevant experience
