Echoing Hills Village has a great opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator!

What You’ll Do:

Perform administrative and Human Resource functions including:

• Perform all aspects of the payroll functions including ing, maintenance, and processing
• Benefit administrative functions
• Clerical/recordkeeping functions
• Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws.
• Hiring of new employees including mandatory requirements like background checks, drug screens, licensure checks etc., orientation and training of employees, benefits signup, maintaining employee personnel and other related confidential files, updating and maintaining HRIS and Kronos timekeeping systems, policy and procedure administration
• Provide high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service by responding promptly to emails, phone calls and in-person inquiries
• Assist the HR Director with daily operational Human Resource activities.

Under general direction from the HR Director this position will facilitate daily operations and activities of Human Resources including recruitment strategy and recruitment of all positions, employee relations, payroll, leave administration/FMLA, performance review process, policy interpretation, legal compliance, employee engagement and assist with projects.

This position will be a key liaison to the Corporate Human Resource and Fiscal Departments on related activities.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working with payroll strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume recruiting preferred
• Strong computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and databases necessary
• Attention to detail, strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in a health care related-DD related agency setting preferred.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
