Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your career in Human Resources? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated HR professional to join our Human Resources Team. This role will require experience in the delivery of the full range of HR services and ability to adapt and operate in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

The role

As part of a tight-knit team, the Human Resource Business Partner supports the achievement of the People & Culture (P&C) Workforce Strategy by advising, coaching and building the capability of frontline leaders and supervisors to ethically and effectively manage and support our people. You will provide advice and support across all areas of the organisation to both supervisors and employees.

What you’ll be doing

• Support frontline leaders and supervisors in the continuous improvement and support of all staff through effective performance management and development processes.
• Provide advice and support to decision makers which balances regulatory, compliance and ethical considerations against business need and contextual considerations.
• Support leaders and teams to implement strategies which engage employees, identify and develop talent and plan for future people needs.
• Support leaders to implement organisational changes successfully.
• Provide advice to employees in relation to HR matters.
• Undertake investigations and disciplinary processes with support and guidance from the Human Resource Manager
• Contribute to projects within the HR team

You will need

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Current drivers licence

It’d also be helpful if you had:

• A current Police Check

The salary for this position is $90,000
