Ecentria Hiring for Manager of Talent Acquisition Job at Bannockburn, IL Full Time

The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the efforts in finding and hiring top talent for a growing, fast-paced, e-commerce organization. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with a high volume of job openings while motivating and driving the recruitment strategy for a team of recruiters. This role reports into the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Full-cycle recruitment of exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience. Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve digital promotion pathways (LinkedIn, careers page on website, etc.)
• Make recommendations to meet rapidly changing staffing needs (advise on hiring temp agencies, internal applicants, internships, etc.)
• Work with internal stakeholders to refine recruiting templates, processes and procedures. Work with Corporate Trainer to train hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
• Serve as point of escalation for recruiting challenges and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement creative solutions.
• Manage external partnerships with universities, temp agencies, headhunters, job boards and HR software vendors.
• Manage candidate assessment process for consistency, compliance, and best practices.
• Build robust talent pipelines for current and future job openings by deploying creative sourcing strategies, engaging with passive candidates, and developing strategic partnerships with staffing agencies, job posting entities, and local universities.
• Ensure consistent and accurate data is captured in company ATS (Workday).
• Prepare and distribute weekly recruitment metrics, updates, and retention numbers. Generate annual affirmative action reports.
• Maintain compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive company awareness.
• Responsible for employment branding as part of recruitment strategy.
• Develop tools and strategies to communicate the Company’s employment brand and employee value proposition to candidates.
• Manage the international recruiting program (H1B visa).
• Manage and review all outgoing offer letters.
• Make recommendations on general recruiting considerations and process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and developments within the recruiting function.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

• College degree required
• 7+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience; 3+ years managing recruiting staff
• Strong technology skills with regards to recruiting; demonstrated experience leveraging LinkedIn and other social media recruitment tools
• Strong proficiency working with ATS; Workday ATS experience a plus
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and schedules
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Superior negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting ability
• Strong Excel and data analytical skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
