EBCO Industries Hiring for Production Planning Intern at Richmond, BC Full Time

Ebco Industries Ltd. is looking for a Production Planning Intern to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to the production and planning office, with assistance in extracting BOMs from drawings, assisting in MTR verifications, reviewing and planning manufacturing and inspection plans, creating CAD design and DXFs, and creating/tracking progress reports.

Canada.

KEY DUTIES

• Extracting/creating BOMs from assembly/all drawings

• Assist in verifying MTRs of incoming materials, hardware, consumable etc.
• Reviewing and planning M&Is (Manufacturing & Inspection plan) and correlating documentation
• CAD design/preparing DXFs

• Tracking & creating progress reports

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Preferably 2nd or 3rd year of technical education
• General knowledge of metallurgy, cutting tools, fabrication supplies
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Microsoft office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is an asset
