We are seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys multitasking and working in an ever changing environment. You should be a quick learner and show initiative in the workplace and demonstrate a superior level of administrative skills. Full training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with their enquiries.
Invoicing of all service jobs and daily scheduling
Provide exceptional customer service
Assisting with scheduling of our technicians daily jobs
Carries out Administrative duties such as daily paperwork, filing, emails, stationary etc
Assisting with additional duties when required
Required skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent Administrative skill set
Professional and courteous phone manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Quickbooks experience preferred but training provided
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Excellent ability to learn new tasks quickly and work autonomously.
Team player with an excellent attitude.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
