The Digital Marketing Manager will drive the success of diner retention and reactivation through email, push, and in-app messaging.
You will be responsible for understanding consumer behavior through analytics, developing strategies to drive repeat ordering behavior and increase diner lifetime value and implementing campaigns to increase user engagement.
The Digital Marketing Manager will partner with the Head of Marketing to execute in other digital marketing channels as well.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the strategic planning, analysis and optimization of email, push, and IAM Build relevant customer segments and recommend advanced segmentation strategies based on customer data and business needs Build user journeys for the entire customer lifecycle acquisition, retention, reactivation and win-back Track and analyze metrics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements for email, push, and In-app-Messages Work directly with Product and Data Analytics teams to develop and implement new technology features, as well as automate and optimize current processes Implement best practices into the email and retention programs, including automation, triggered campaigns, template development, dynamic content, personalization, retargeting and more Stay up to speed on new and emerging technologies that could have an impact on customer retention strategies and bring to the marketing team for implementation Other job duties : Provide support, strategy, and execution on other digital channels and marketing initiatives as needed Work with various stakeholders to analyze and optimize customer loyalty program(s) Work closely with the Creative team on copy / design, paid and organic social planning, creating briefs for new requests, providing feedback, and finalizing deliverables Collaborate with the marketing team to review and test all campaigns / content for quality assurance prior to deployment Partner with members of the Marketing team to meet marketing and business goals (ex.
campaign planning, on the ground efforts, additional marketing projects, cross-functional teams, etc) Here’s what we’d expect you to bring to the table : Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business or related field 3-6 years of customer retention, email and / or digital marketing experience (e.
g. email, push, in-app message, text, adwords) Experience using a marketing automation tool or customer engagement platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal Strong analytical skills and track record of turning insights into actionable plans Must be a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through Highly organized, flexible and able to manage a variety of tasks and priorities Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with numerous teams Curious, hungry to learn and loves the challenge of solving problems Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
