We are looking for a Customer Advocate / Tech Rep to join our team and help ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The Customer Advocate / Tech Rep will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing support for customer requests.
