Will you be our next Finance Manager for our entity in central London?

Mission:

In our fast-growing business, you will work with our international team and plan, organize, and execute all financial activities for the UK organization.

Our Country Manager, Vincent will welcome you in the 10 people team!

We are a young team in a big group, we want you to join us if you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to develop the UK business and make a real impact.

We are also counting on you to contribute to our nice working atmosphere and go the extra mile with the team.

You might also work on things that are not solely finance, maybe even rolling sushi!

If you want to read more about day-to-day tasks:

• Prepare financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Propose financial solutions to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Support our operations with financial and controlling tools for our day-to-day business.
• Manage metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Manage the bookkeeping, payables and receivables accounting, cash flow monitoring and be the contact person for Finance in the UK.

Who you are:

• You should have a commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth of our organization.
• You have a degree in finance/accounting or related and ideally 2 years of work experience in the same position
• You have a good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• You show excellent organizational and analytical skills
• You are detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, and have strong problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate communication and report writing skills
• You know how to work independently and as part of a team
• You have solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and in any financial planning software
