Up to £45,000 per annum + 15% bonus

As our Talent & Development Partner you will primarily be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy from beginning to end and driving all learning and development initiatives within the store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Work with management to develop, recommend and implement the short, mid, and long-term L&D strategy for the store
• Coach and support senior management on all things people
• Lead the onboarding process, design e-learning modules and deliver training sessions
• Lead the recruiting process: research and develop sourcing strategies, evaluate, and select candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience and follow up
• Provide advice and insights on the talent market and develop Eataly’s hiring strategy
• Use and implement technology to drive talent sourcing performance
• Utilise available metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices
• Create and lead engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and positive work environment
• Develop awareness and reputation of Eataly in the local community
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR files and compliance with UK employment laws

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH…

• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture.
• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in L&D or Talent Acquisition (preferably within an industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants)
• CIPD Level 3 (preferred)
• Strong IT and ‘HR systems’ skills including use of Applicant Tracking Systems and various L&D and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication skills – fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong influencing, training and development skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exemplary organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Right to work in the UK.
