As one of two Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will fill vacancies within the store across a wide variety of roles and departments by using various methods to help in:

• Sourcing candidates
• Conducting and arranging interviews/open days for potential employees
• Completing the full on-boarding process
• Helping with Induction and initial training
• Representing Eataly well as a brand ambassador
• Ensure we provide a fantastic candidate experience

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is a fixed term contract of 6 months with potential to be extended. The role is mainly based within Eataly London with 1 day a week working from home. Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

• Full time recruitment experience in either the hospitality or retail sector
• Confidence and experience making high volumes of calls
• Experience with volume recruitment at management and team member level
• Comfortable hosting open days and speaking in front of large groups
• Good understanding of Linkedin and CV databases
• Warm, confident, friendly personality
• Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
• Willingness to be flexible and support the wider team
• Fluent level of spoken and written English
• Right to work in the UK
