Eataly UK Hiring for HR & Payroll Administrator Job at London, England Full Time

£35,000 per annum + 10% bonus

You will be responsible for all aspects of managing our HR Management System, employee salary data, ensuring timesheets are accurate and payments are made on time.

You will support the HR team in keeping the HR Management System up to date, ensuring key deadlines are met, and calculating and processing payroll each month. You will also support in the other tasks of the HR department in the fields of benefits, employee relations, engagement, recruitment and development.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role is based within Eataly London. Expected hours and days of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH…

• Proven work experience as a HR Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar role in either the hospitality or retail sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs, Fourth and Ceridian are advantageous
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in the English language both written and spoken
• A warm, confident, friendly personality
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A degree in HR, business administration or accounting preferred
• The right to work in the UK
