EASYLLAMA Hiring for Learning Experience Designer Job at Remote Full Time

EasyLlama is one of the leaders in sexual harassment and compliance training and provides creative and engaging eLearning content to thousands of customers including Chick-fil-A, Hilton, Lever, JiffyLube and many more.

We are looking for an innovator who is eager to take e-Learning development to the next level by creating learning experiences that are engaging, exciting, and meaningful. You will be our perfect fit if you are an exceptional creative writer and content developer who can bring compliance trainings to life. This is a fully remote position starting as contract with the potential for hire.

Responsibilities:

· Research and synthesize content for a variety of compliance trainings

· Craft compelling and imaginative written content, including scripts for narrations and videos, for input into EasyLlama authoring tool

· Use knowledge of adult learning theory to ensure learning experiences are sound and effective

· Collaborate with team to brainstorm and devise cutting-edge e-Learning strategies and techniques

· Revise existing trainings as needed

· Customize trainings for existing and new clients

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 4+ years’ experience in content writing and development for learning solutions

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Ability to transform research into imaginative content

· Experience with online authoring tools

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to work quickly and independently

· Excellent interpersonal communication

· Team player

· Positive attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
