JOB PURPOSE
To deliver the day-to-day requirements of the Volume Recruitment function, focussing on Cabin Crew. To partner Talent Acquisition Manager – Volume to manage and coordinate the assessment processes for high volume EU roles. To meet budget plans and targets set by the business for high volume recruitment.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure assessment centres are delivered to the highest standards by our recruitment assessors – ensure candidates meet the required competencies
Ensure recruitment process is followed for all vacancies
Agree successful candidate(s) with/achieve sign-off from Recruitment Manager
Create a sourcing timeline to meet recruitment requirements
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Post vacancy to live-sites and monitor responses (support as required)
Screen candidate CV’s and update system accordingly
Create candidate shortlist
Agree selection materials with Recruitment Manager
Support interviewing as required
Weekly MI
Agree assessment centre date and identify and confirm Assessors (where appropriate)
Agree successful candidate(s) with/achieve sign-off from Recruitment Manager
Monitor and develop assessment guides and tools for recruitment team
Design and run skills training sessions for assessors
Make a decision on referencing requirements and candidate suitability – escalate where appropriate
Support additionally with careers events as required
Achieve recruitment KPI’s and objectives
Monitor content of presentations and contract info and update as required – brief the assessment team
Ensure verification and ability tests remain within correct levels
Provide regular communications to the assessor team on changes to process and assessment progress

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
European resourcing, volume recruitment or university recruitment experience essential
Previous interviewing and assessment experience
Design of assessment and recruitment material
Stakeholder management
Previous candidate management experience
Excellent administration coordination
Resilience and able to work under pressure
Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
Attention to detail
Decision making
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
