The Talent Acquisition Coordinator team are responsible for all coordination and ‘back of house’ recruitment activity for the Talent Acquisition Team Volume. The Talent Acquisition Specialists in the team will support the Coordinators in the delivery of a strong candidate pipeline to all volume selection events.
JOB PURPOSE
The TA Coordinators are the backbone of the easyJet Recruitment team, performing the duties required to ensure that the selection process runs smoothly and new entrants are fully supported and requirements are met, prior to and including, day 1 of their easyJet career.
The TA Coordinator ensures consistency of standard and an uninterrupted flow of candidates according to the resourcing and establishment plan.
The TA Coordinator supports the delivery of our volume recruitment requirement by ensuring requisitions are accurately posted on our careers sites and necessary job boards.
Application screening to the required standard for a high volume of candidates requires a high degree of planning and management of the candidate screening team
The role is responsible for supporting candidate transition from Recruiters and New Hire Team.
On a day-to-day basis, the role involves maintaining regular contact with all candidates and liaison with business stakeholders.
Requirements of the Role
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge of recruitment or HR systems
Experience working in a coordinator/administrative role with exceptional organisational skills
Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
Attention to detail
Decision making
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing targets
Target driven without compromising standards
Ability to work cross functionally
High degree of IT literacy (Word / Excel / Outlook)
