Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management :

Efficiently review, audit, and process all freight carrier invoices in a timely manner.

Product Changes and Cancellations :

Process changes and cancellations for allocated and back-ordered products as communicated by the Sales department.

Document Processing and Inventory Management :

Manage the accurate processing of bills of lading and pick tickets, ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times.

Carrier Assignment and Communication :

Assign carriers for shipments and communicate any changes promptly to all relevant stakeholders.

Damaged Product Handling :

Process orders for damaged products, coordinating with carriers and warehouses to ensure secure delivery from dealer to warehouse.

Unsold Damaged Units Database :

Maintain a comprehensive database tracking unsold damaged units and distribute a monthly to both Sales and Logistics teams.

Database Creation and Management :

Create and meticulously maintain a database for tracking and payment purposes.

Continuous Improvement Focus :

Proactively look for opportunities to reduce claims and maximize recovery, contributing to overall process improvement efforts.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating logistics or a relevant field.
• Exceptional focus on details and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Aptitude for efficiently handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Understanding of damage claim processes and reimbursement procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping protocols.
