The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for more than just finding great talent. This position is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive outreach plan that will develop and secure a pipeline of talent for years to come. This includes the full life cycle of recruitment activities including job description development, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries, extending job offers, working with the ESM Training team to implement onboarding strategies, and keeping accurate records of all candidates and new hires. It also includes working with the VP of Human Resources and Program Directors to develop strategic and tactical staffing plans to effectively support the talent acquisition process, as well as developing, tracking and maintaining metrics pertaining to talent acquisition including time to fill, time to onboard, rate of rejection, talent risk segments, and succession planning.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related area.

Must possess at least two (2) years of relevant Talent Acquisition and Management work experience. Experience working in a Human/Social Services or Healthcare setting preferred.
