Our pharmacy is a trailblazing startup, with our own proprietary website and software. We’re growing our team and looking to bring in energetic, personable and medically literate Customer Service Representative (CSRs). Our operation is continually growing, and CSRs are responsible for liaising with patients, intaking orders, coordinating with staff, and problem solving where needed.
Job description
CSRs are responsible for dealing with the flow of patient requests by phone, email, and website. We look for personable and friendly qualities, strong English skills, and very strong technical/computer proficiency. CSRs will use the proprietary software to place orders, answer questions, and confirm orders sent to the pharmacy for filling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40.00-$75,000.00 per year
