East texas pulmonary associates Hiring for Medical Receptionist at Longview, TX Full Time

Job description include but not limited to:

• Checking in and out the patients, verify correct insurance, Get Authorization, schedule new patients and follow up visits, schedule tests and ensure that patients filled the necessary forms.
• Answering the phone, taking messages, Referral,…
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Retrieving and updating patient records and filing back the records
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges/ Balances and copay
• Fax records to referring physicians and sorting the incoming fax
• In addition to above the candidate will be cross trained on other duties in the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
