Job Introduction
ISEND EHE team are looking for a Senior EHE Support and Advice Officer to develop their service to families. As well as assessing the suitability of the packages of education and providing advice and signposting to families who have chosen to electively home educate their children, the post holder will supervise colleagues and support the DSM’s safeguarding and strategic work.
The role will involve home visits, telephone and email contact, monthly drop-ins and report writing. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with parents and staff. You will have an excellent safeguarding track record and will be a strong team player with a proven experience of multi-agency working. A driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
