An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager within the Training, Workforce and Organisational team in East Sussex. The role will support a range of projects, with a focus on recruitment and retention in Adult Social Care and Health, working with our own Provider Services and Independent Care Providers to identify and deliver innovative workforce solutions.
The successful candidate will be part of a team committed to promoting social care as a viable and credible career option to improve the care and wellbeing of adults living within East Sussex. You will have a proven track record of contributing to the successful management of projects and have a good understanding of Adult Social Care and the NHS, and the ability to lead on the development of good practice across multiple care and support and settings.
The role requires the ability to critically analyse data from a range of sources and provide management information that supports evidence-based decision making, alongside good organisational and communication skills. The ability to influence and negotiate will be required to promote and deliver significant service developments.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
