We are looking to recruit a Process and Change Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement function.
This is a key role, within the Payroll Team, which is responsible for identifying and delivering business process improvements to create greater operational efficiency and improve customer experience. You will be required to challenge existing processes and ways of working, as well as conduct analysis, present results, and put forward recommendations for change.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
