We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant within the Schools Team who support employees based in East Sussex schools with their HR administration.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated person who is positive, flexible and well-organised with a ‘can do’ approach. Working as part of a busy and supportive team you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for staff on our payroll system so excellent attention to detail is required. You will also be the initial contact for queries from School based staff so excellent customer service skills are essential.
If you have the ability to work effectively, calmly and often under time pressure this could be the role for you.
Previous experience of working in an HR environment is not required as full training will be provided.
The team works in a hybrid style and mixes office attendance with working from home

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
