East Sussex County Council Hiring for Data Manager Full Time

Do you want to use data to help improve the quality of life for children and young people across East Sussex? If you do, then you may be well-placed to manage part of our Children’s Services Data, Research and Information Management Team.

East Sussex has a long history of effectively using data to improve services and to sustain this we are looking for creative, curious person to manage our central team.

You will be managing a small team identifying areas where we can analyse and present data to have the most impact on service improvement, on payment by results income for the Supporting Families programme and on outcomes for children, young people and their families. And you’ll be supporting regional networks and benchmarking.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are experienced in managing complex datasets.
• Have knowledge in of best practice in the analysis and presentation of data.
• Are good at building relationships
• Are self-motivated and curious.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
