Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious fintech platform that delivers innovative financing solutions for their customers through an intuitive online platform. Backed by some of the biggest names in the Australian VC world, they have exciting plans to increase their market share and expand their footprint into new markets.

They are looking at appoint a Corporate Development Manager who will oversee strategic projects and corporate development initiatives, including; M&A, capital raising, building business cases, assessing new market/product opportunities and undertaking ad-hoc projects for senior leadership.

To drive the growth in the business they are raising further capital, following numerous successful funding rounds over the past few years. This position will play a critical role supporting the Head of Capital and CFO in fund-raising efforts, preparing investor materials and managing communication with key investors.

We feel this role will suit a talented Investment Banker or M&A advisor who is looking to challenge themselves in a diverse and hands-on role, with an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business. Given the exposure to leaders across the business, board members and investors, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical for this role.
