This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who specialises in NHS Terms and Conditions to join our HR Team at East of England Ambulance Service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing advice on both National NHS Terms and Conditions and local terms and conditions. Experience in this field is essential and you will be used to interpreting, understanding and implementing queries from employees and managers across the Trust. You will have line management responsibility for an HR Advisor who also specialises in advising on Terms and Conditions.
