Provide support to the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the delivery of an effective, supportive and proactive Human Resources service to Service managers which supports the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

This is a full time temporary post for a period of up to 12 months. The admin base for the post is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
The hours of work are 35 per week.
The salary for this post is £34,999 – £38,256
The workstyle for the post is ‘Mobile’ – 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.
